Andre El Idolo, Matt Hardy, and Isiah Kassidy (A.H.F.O.) took on the team of Darby Allin, Sammy Guevara, and Sting in a Tornado Trios Match at AEW Revolution in Orlando.

Sting was quick to take out Andrade’s manager, Jose. Jose was forced to wear a trash can over his head. Sammy delivered a cutter on Kassidy while Andrade evened things up when he helped Hardy in taking out Darby Allin and Guevara.

Sting would use the trash can on Hardy and Kassidy. It was all fast-paced action as a lot of things were happening at the same time. Fans were getting confused as to which superstars to be followed at a particular point in time.

This match was crazy, brutal, hardcore, and all other synonyms along those lines. Marq Quen out of nowhere got involved in the match hitting Guevara with a chair. Guevara would have the last laugh as he sent him over the barricade.

Kassidy took out Guevara with a silly string on the outside and it was a thing of beauty. Guevara upped the ante as he delivered a mind-boggling Spanish Fly from over a pod near the entrance ramp onto the tables.

Sting was outnumbered by The Butcher and The Blade as Matt Hardy brought The Icon up to an upper level in the middle of the fans. The tables were set up below and it looked as if Hardy was going to do the unthinkable putting Sting through the tables. Sting somehow managed to break free and then came the moment of the match.

Sting performed a Iconic moment of a lifetime

In a match filled with jaw-dropping moments one after another, it was the 62-year-old Sting who would have the moment of the match. The reaction of the fans would depict the moment better than anything else.

Sting got his one leg up on the barricade at the upper level and looked at the fans. The fans knew what was coming but they hadn’t been able to fathom the incredibleness of it as yet. Sting would then jump off the barricade from the upper level and crashed onto Andrade. They went through a bunch of tables in the process and it was scary as well as thrilling.

Fans were in awe of what just transpired. We have heard the saying “age is just a number” but Sting just proved it.

Back in the ring, Hardy would use a chair on Darby’s back. He was looking to finish the match with Twist of Hate but Darby countered with a Scorpion Death Drop on the steel chair followed by the coffin drop to get the W.

This match would be etched in the memories of wrestling fans for a long time. Especially insane dive was a special moment and it would surely be in the highlight reels of AEW going forward.

Sting is one of the wrestlers who has revolutionized professional wrestling. Ironically, this enthralling spot came from him at AEW Revolution.
