Swedish UFC star Khamzat Chimaev picked up another win via knockout and left many fans shocked with the performance.

The 26-year-old is one of the rising stars in the promotion and picked up his third UFC win in less than three months.

Chimaev also seems to have Dana White on his side as the President banks on the Swede. This time around it was Gerald Meerschaert who was on the receiving end of a fantastic knockout.

Chimaev knocked out his rival in under 17 seconds and got many talking. Meerschaert was one of them as he posted an update of how it just wasn’t his day.

The 26-year-old Chimaev is 9-0 in his professional MMA career and nothing seems to be stopping him.

Cash and Guevara left speechless

Cash Wheeler and Sammy Guevara are two of the biggest names on AEW. As with many wrestlers, they were spending time watching the latest UFC event.

Renee Young, formerly of WWE, has often posted updates on the UFC. Stone Cold Steve Austin has also done the same, but the pair of AEW stars were left shocked at how great Khamzat was.

This Chimaev smash was further impressive as many predicted that the Swede would be put to the test by Meerschaert.

The American had also taken his social media game up a notch as he constantly made digs at Chimaev.

While the Swede was a target for Meerschaert on Twitter, he never responded much to the bait. Instead, Chimaev had been thinking of his next opponent already as White confirmed the Swede would face Demian Maia next.

The Swede had also called out Nick and Nate Diaz, and wanted to face the brothers on the same night for easy money.

Chimaev is the next big thing in the UFC and it will be interesting to see how he does once he faces Maia.
