AEW Superstar Dustin Rhodes shares his thoughts after the match against CM Punk at AEW Dynamite
This week’s Dynamite saw the Second City Saint facing The Natural in one-on-one action. Ahead of the match, both the wrestlers expressed immense mutual respect with a handshake.
Both experienced candidates tried to get hold of each other with various modes but after a back and forth bout. Finally, Punk came out on top after reversing a move from Dustin Rhodes and turned it into a deep pin for the win.
Rhodes shared his thoughts after the fantastic match and mentioned that it was an emotional investment.
Hope everyone enjoyed that match last night. It was an emotional investment and was treated differently.
And that was not it. Rhodes thanked the fans for their continued support and also thanked CM Punk. He said that it was an honour to share the ring with Punk. Rhodes also mentioned that every young wrestler should watch this match.

Hangman Page confronts CM Punk on AEW
Following Punk’s match with Dustin Rhodes, the former walked back through the entrance ramp as Hangman’s music hit. Then, the Millennial Cowboy came out and had an intense staredown with Punk.
Punk has previously been very vocal about his wish to face Hangman as he intends to challenge for the AEW World Championship soon. Now that Page’s rivalry with Adam Cole is over. It’s time for the dream rivalry to start between Punk and Hangman.
