Cody Rhodes responds to fan regarding leadership of Dark Order
AEW Superstar Cody Rhodes admits that Negative One (Brodie Lee Jr.) is the rightful leader of Dark Order.
The reply was given to a fan on Twitter, who asked him on who would be the new leader of Dark Order:
“Those guys are both bad asses – BUT Negative One is the leader of The Dark Order”, Rhodes Tweeted.
Cody Rhodes spoke about recently released Superstars – Aleister Black and Braun Strowman. The duo were shockingly part of the list of released wrestlers last Wednesday. Strowman is one of the most sought out wrestlers, after being one of the most destructive on WWE Raw. While Strowman began his WWE career with the Wyatt family. He split in a few years and got a new dominating gimmick which vowed fans.
Black, on the other hand has been wrestling all over the globe. The Dutchman is testimony to an impressive rise in his career after being highly rated by everyone in the industry. The pair have to serve a 90-day no compete clause period, after which they can join a promotion.
Brodie Lee in Dark Order
Dark Order is one of the biggest factions in AEW history. The group comprises of Evil Uno, Stu Grayson, John Silver, Alan Angels, Preston Vance, Anna Jay and Colt Cabana. The leader of the group was Brodie Lee. He, unfortunately passed away in 2020 due to a chronic lung condition.
Lee wrestled in WWE under the name of Luke Harper. He was one of the members of the Wyatt family. Lee moved to singles competition, where he initially excelled but the drop was gradual. He eventually moved to AEW, with a new ring name and debuted as part of the Dark Order.
After his untimely death, Brodie Lee Jr. is a new addition as an honorary member to the group.
