The Thanksgiving Day Parade is one of the biggest events in the world and WWE star, The Rock, was featured during the 2020 show
Thanksgiving is finally here and WWE seems to be a huge part of the 2020 festivities. This is not only a huge holiday in the United States but also signals the start of the fall-winter season with Christmas and New Year on the way.
While Black Friday is another aspect of Thanksgiving, the parade is another huge event in the US. The Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade is considered as the biggest parade in the world and has become iconic.
It starts from the west side of Manhattan and then goes up to Macy’s flagship store in Herald Square. A theme is normally also part of the parade with floats, bands, big balloons and a ton of other festivities taking place.
This year might have been a tough one due to the coronavirus pandemic, but the parade was still a big draw.
While there were balloons of a lot of different characters, one caught the attention of the public. A large balloon of WWE star The Rock was present and that sent the internet wild.

The Rock is one of the greatest wrestlers of all-time and he is the People’s Champ. Further, The Rock has had many personas during his time in WWE and the balloon was based off a photo from his earlier days.
Dwayne Johnson, as he is also called, is now a huge movie star and possibly one of the biggest in the world. However, he hasn’t forgotten his WWE roots and still makes a few appearances in the promotion.
Many WWE fans fell in love with the balloon and it was a perfect replica of The Rock. The creators even got his raised eyebrow spot on and it sent the internet wild.
The jabroni beating, pie eating, trailblazing, eyebrow raising, all around, smack it down people’s champ, The Rock!
