AEW is currently broadcast on TNT and other channels with the TV deal worth millions
AEW Dynamite has taken WWE head-on with its TV show and has a deal with TNT which is worth millions.
This relatively new promotion wasn’t initially a regular show and was broadcast on B/R, TNT and ITV. However, they signed a new deal with TNT on 2020 January with the broadcaster keeping the show on till 2023.
AEW is broadcast across the globe with TSN home for the shows for Canadian viewers. ITV is the home for AEW when it comes to the United Kingdom and Ireland.
The show is also available on TNT Serie in certain European countries such as Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Luxembourg.
Italian viewers can watch all the action on Sky Sport while French fans can check out Toonami for the same.
FITE TV and B/R Live are two streaming options across countries, while AEW also uploads regular highlights on their YouTube channel.
Apart from Dynamite, AEW also has AEW Dark which is shown on YouTube weekly.
What is the worth of the AEW TV deal signed with TNT?
AEW didn’t share too many details of how much the new deal with TNT was worth. However, they did say that a second weekly show would be incorporated for TNT.
John McMullen of Sirius XM tweeted some incredible details of how much the deal could be worth.
“#AEW thread incoming: Deal is four years for just under $45 million a year from source on the television side. Not sure if that includes production fees yet. If it does it’s an increase in real money from $15M to $20M. All new money would obviously be huge.”

This was huge for the promotion given how new they are, but details for their second show have been sketchy.
It was reported that this would include footage from their YouTube Dark show with additional bits.
However, a report claimed that the increase in the TV deal from TNT is from $15m to $20m.
This will come as huge news for all AEW fans as it ensures the company is active for a few more years.
Cody Rhodes, Kenny Omega, Jon Moxley and The Young Bucks are some of the big names on AEW’s roster for a long time.
However, the promotion has added several stars from other promotions. Brian Cage, Brodie Lee and Matt Cardona have all joined in recent months.
While those are stars from other promotions, AEW still has some quality young talents right from the start such as Sammy Guevara, Darby Allin and MJF.
