Amanda Ribas defeated Paige VanZant with an impressive armbar at UFC 251 but it seems she has a hilarious 100-1 record

Amanda Ribas and Paige VanZant opened up the first fight on the main card at UFC 251 and it was a quick one.

Ribas caught hold of VanZant in the first round itself and submitted her opponent with an impressive armbar.

This was a great performance from the Brazilian and could be the last UFC fight for VanZant. Ribas also spoke about cutting weight and wanting to go to Strawweight, however, she seems to have an impressive UFC record.

While she went to 10-1 in her MMA career, a hilarious graphics error during the post-fight interviews showed that Ribas had a much better career.

Most UFC stars can only dream of featuring in 50-60 fights, but the error showed that Ribas had a record of 100-1.

This certainly was an error, but many top UFC stars trolled the promotion regarding this.

Give her a title shot

Ribas has fought in four UFC fights not and is yet to get a title shot, but many stars wanted her to get one after the 100-1 record.

That certainly is something special and many others also joked about this crazy stat thrown up by the graphics team.

Gilbert Burns, who was to fight at UFC 251 but tested positive for Covid-19, also took a shot at which Amanda (Nunes or Ribas) is the greatest of all time:

Even Daniel Cormier chipped into the GOAT debate:

It will be interesting to see what is next for Ribas as she has spoken about winning a UFC title. The Brazilian certainly has started off her UFC career in impressive style, even if she doesn’t have a 100-1 record.
