The Australian doesn’t mince his words and had a go at the reveals by some of the stars:

The messaging was a little vague, something that McLaren star Norris picked up. Norris is also one of the most active social media users in the F1 paddock and shared a tweet to counter Ricciardo’s.

The Australian then went on to say that things should have been kept more “original” something that Norris took a shot at also:

Ricciardo and Norris have had their moments in press conferences in the past, but this was spicy, to say the least.

Twitter reacts to their fight

Many fans saw the lighter side of things as both drivers had a go at each other. Norris and Ricciardo are also two of the funniest guys in paddock and it could all be a joke between them.

Some fans also took sides as the battle intensified, and here are some of their reactions:

The F1 season starts with the first race at Melbourne on 15 March. However, there are six days of testing before that.

McLaren have already released their car for the 2020 F1 season but Renault haven’t done that yet.

Ricciardo will partner Esteban Ocon for the French outfit and will be looking to perform better than he did last season.
